Delivery and freight

We encourage you to plan your purchase and place a large order for a longer period to keep shipping costs down. There is a risk that a purchase will not go through if the order is too small relative to the shipping costs. In such case, you will be informed.

DHL manages all deliveries and shipments of goods. When the goods have been sent from the warehouse, you will receive a delivery note with information regarding the shipment and a tracking number for the goods. This number lets you track your items.

Delivery time

Within Sweden – usually 2-3 working days for goods in stock. For on-demand products, expect 2-3 weeks in addition.
Within Europe – usually 4-5 working days for goods in stock. For on-demand products, expect 2-3 weeks in addition.
Outside Europe – usually 4-15 working days for goods in stock, depending on the location. There might be a risk that you have to add an extra day for customs.  For UK and China, it is usually 1-2 additional weeks.  For on-demand products, expect 2-3 weeks in addition.

Freight

Freight costs depend on the weight and volume of the parcel and will be added to your order.

Customs

When a parcel enters or exits the EU, documents for Customs clearance are needed. Our supplier, Marc, will manage the administration of this. However, we urge you to pay attention to the emails you receive in case they contain a request for certain information or have an attachment such as an invoice which should be forwarded.
